While we don’t currently offer pre-paid returns, we’re more than happy to accept returns if needed. If you’d like to send your necklace back, just pop us a message and we’ll share our returns address with you.

UK Shipping

We currently ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery.

International Shipping

We’re proud to ship worldwide! All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary depending on location, most orders arrive within 5–10 working days, but delays may occur due to customs processing.

From 29th August 2025, the U.S. government changed its import rules. Packages under $800 are no longer exempt from duties and taxes, which means all international parcels now have customs charges applied.

To save you from surprise bills on delivery, we’ve set up our U.S. shipping so that all duties and taxes are prepaid. This does make the shipping fee slightly higher at checkout, but it means your order arrives smoothly with no extra costs on your doorstep.
